Specifically, based on materials submitted by residents, Moscow police detained a number of drivers. Among them were Akhmad Naimov, driving a Toyota with license plate 7000FB01; Tulkin Urunbaev, driving a Hyundai with license plate 8080YT10; Rashid Azizov, driving a KIA with license plate 5550SW01; and Dilshojoni Saifullo, driving an AION with license plate 3533TT10.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against these individuals in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. Their vehicles were impounded.
